Spinach Banana Smoothie

This one actually turned out pretty good. There is room for improvement but it definitely not bad. I used a program called Fitday to make the list of ingredients and to show the nutritional value. I used 2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar, but Fitday didn’t have agave nectar in it so it is not included in the list. I use a combination of ground raw yellow peas, brown rice, and flaxseed to add protein to salads, I simply use a coffee grinder and grind them all to a fine powder. I got the idea from the book Thrive: The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life, I plan on writing more about this book and a few other by the author, Brendan Brazier.
